Pancake

Bahan:

200 gr tepung terigu protein sedang

1 sdt gula halus

2 sdt baking powder

2 sdm mentega, lelehkan

¼ sdt garam halus

2 butir telur kocok lepas

200 ml susu cair

Cara membuat:

  1. Ayak tepung terigu dan baking powder lalu tambahkan gula halus. Aduk rata, sisihkan.
  2. Campur telur, susu cair dan mentega. Aduk rata. Tuang ke campuran terigu. Aduk rata.
  3. Siapkan pan datar, olesi margarine, tuang adonan satu sendok sayur. Biar asal berkulit. Balik. Biarkan sampai matang.
  4. Sajikan dengan selai atau sirup mapple.
