Seared Tenderloin with Chocolate & Dark Chili Marinade

Bahan:

1kg daging sapi has dalam, potong menjadi 8 bagian

1 / 2 cangkir bubuk coklat pekat 75%

Garam secukupnya (gunakan 1 sdm terlebih dahulu)

1 sdm lada hitam

3 jumput oregano kering

2 jumput basil kering

1 jumput  thyme

1 jumput rosemary

2 sdm cabai bubuk Mexican yang dark (chili pulvo oscuro)

minyak zaitun secukupnya

Cara membuat:

1. Panaskan pan panggangan, beri minyak zaitun dan panggang  steak selama 2,5 menit pada setiap sisinya.

2. Dalam mangkuk terpisah, campur semua rempah-rempah.

3. Campur daging tenderloin  yang telah di panggang dengan rempah-rempah menggunakan tangan.

4. Masak daging di dalam panci tertutup dengan api kecil dan beri 3 sdm minyak zaitun, masak sampai daging empuk.
