Kenari Havermouth

Bahan :

200gr mentega/margarin

200gr gula palem

2 butir telur

3 sdm air lemon

275gr tepung terigu

1 sdt soda kue

1/4 sdt garam

100gr Havermouth

150gr kismis

150gr kenari, cincang kasar

Cara Membuat:

  1. Kocok mentega dan gula palem. Masukkan telur, kocok hingga rata.
  2. Masukkan air lemon.
  3. Campur tepung terigu, soda kue, dan garam. Ayak, lalu masukkan ke adonan mentega.
  4. Masukkan Havermouth yang sudah dihaluskan, kismis dan kenari. Aduk hingga rata.
  5. Bentuk bulat adonan, beri almond di atasnya, panggang hingga matang.
